By using this free web timestamp tool (the "Tool"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool. Questions? Email chris@systumboost.com.

The service

The Tool lets you upload videos and burn in a timestamp, then download the result as MP4. It is offered free of charge and may have limits (such as file size, number of files, and a daily usage cap). We may change, limit, or discontinue it at any time.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you own or have the right to upload and process the videos you submit.
• You will not use the Tool for unlawful content or in any way that infringes others' rights.
• You will not abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent its limits.

No warranty

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that output is error-free. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it; do not rely on it for evidentiary, legal, or other critical purposes without independent verification.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Tool.

The desktop app

The full Investigation Flow desktop application is a separate product with its own terms and pricing, available at investigationflow.com.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the current Terms.
